ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 3–7 business days

• European Union: 5–12 business days

• Switzerland: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs procedures, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Brisa Sul is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
