We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, bikinis and swimwear can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, free from stains, odors, or signs of use, and are returned in their original condition with all tags attached and the hygiene protection sticker in place.

Returns of items with the hygiene protection sticker removed or showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.

Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt and before trying them on. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. Sale items may be returned in accordance with applicable statutory withdrawal rights.

EXCHANGES

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As described above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
